Manjinder had pain in his shoulders

Hi my name is Manjinder and I’ve been seeing Dr. Bertrand on and off for three years. Recently I had some really severe shoulder pain actually both my shoulders for about a good six months. I tried this new QR cream. I used it for about six weeks, twice a day. It was fantastic! I have been pain free for two weeks. I haven’t used the cream. This is the best I’ve felt in over six months. I suggest giving it a try, it really works!

QR CREAM FOR SHOULDER PAIN

If you have shoulder pain, apply QR Cream to the area that is hurting. Rub it in well. 24 people who used QR cream for their shoulder pain experienced on average 48% relief in 16 minutes lasting 3 hours after application. This is better than the 36% relief people get from narcotics, the 23% from anti-inflammatory medications like Advil or Voltaren and 13% from Tylenol (acetaminophen)

How to prevent shoulder pain

Lift your arm away from your body. If this movement hurts, bring your shoulder blades together and hold them there while you lift your arm away from your body. Does it still hurt? Chances are the pain is gone or much less. This is because when your shoulders are back, the muscles lifting your arm away from your body are not rubbing against the ligaments that join your clavicle and your shoulder blade (scapula). Drooping shoulders hurt!

To prevent shoulder pain, keep your shoulders back when your arms are outstretched! Bring your shoulder blades together and hold them there for 10 seconds as often as you can. This may feel sore at first, but that means you are strengthening your rhomboids, the muscles that keep your shoulder blades together and protect your shoulder. This will also help you sit and stand straighter which will protect your neck and your back. If you still have pain in your shoulder when you have been doing this for a while, consult your healthcare professional
